Dr. Nicolas Biro, M.D. is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculoplastic surgeon, specializing in cosmeti and reconstructive eyelid surgery.
Dr. Biro combines state-of-the-art techniques with compassionate, individualized care to help patients look and feel their best. He completed his internship at New York University, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the University of South Florida, where he was selected by the faculty to serve as Chief Resident.
Dr. Biro then pursued advanced training through a prestigious, two-year fellowship in Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgery and Neuro-Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital in Philidelphia – ranked among the top two eye hospitals in the country.
Prior to moving to California, Dr. Biro was the director of Oculoplastics at two academic centers in New York City, where he trained ophthalmology residents.
